The first ever quartet representing Britain as a team at the FEI European Championships for Children on Horses produced a top ten performance in esteemed company and hot competition (1 - 2 August 2025).

The four Brits flying the flag at the Junior European Championships concluded their week with some fantastic freestyle riding, following a full-house of qualification spaces, secured after a successful Individual competition.

Northallerton Equestrian Centre hosted a bumper weekend of competition action, with both BD Summer Regionals and KBIS Young Horse qualifiers taking place at the North Yorkshire venue (26 – 29 July 2025). With more LeMieux Nationals tickets up for grabs, some of Britain’s top riders were in action at the venue, achieving high scores and strong results.

Britain’s Junior team of Isla Sully, Abigail Gray, Demi Howard-Cartwright and Myles Graham earned their spot on the European Championship podium, whilst four Children on Horses debutants made their first appearances in the Preliminary round.

To continue a week of LeMieux Nationals announcements, Phoebe Peters will be the guest rider at this year’s KBIS Young Horse Championships. The Dutch-based British rider will ride the top three horses in the five and six-year-old category, giving a rider’s opinion in the judging to decide the champions.

Team and individual gold medals were duly won by British athletes taking part in the Virtus Para Equestrian World Championship, showcasing the talent of those with intellectual impairments excelling in the sporting sphere.
