-
Develop a volunteer strategy in order to help find, keep, recognise and increase volunteers in the sport
-
Develop the way in which BD interfaces with other organisations within the British Equestrian Federation (BEF) and wider sporting community in terms of participation and volunteers
-
Develop the links between the BD regional structure, BEF regional structure, Sport England and other regional funding agencies
-
Develop a new affiliate programme for organisations who are not currently linked to BD activity
