We're recruting for a Training & Education Manager as Jo Brown, who's been with BD for an amazing 20 years, is on the move to the South West with her family.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, the Education & Training Manager is responsible for delivering the range of education and training opportunities for BD members. The post holder will develop, plan and manage all educational activity across BD’s variety of participants, including coaches and judges.

A proven track record in education and training is essential, together with a broad knowledge of equestrian sport, while a good understanding of dressage would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of our sport, a flexible approach to working, including some weekends and evenings, is required. For more information and how to apply, please see the BD vacancies page. Applications close on 17 March 2017.
