Matt Frost and Flyaways Wish flew away with three wins at the SW Regional Championship, Kingston Maurward on 28th-30th July. Matt rode his own and Adam Kemp’s 10 year old Weltmeyer gelding to head the Advanced Medium Open, the Prix St Georges and the Intermediaire I.
“I am delighted with my horse. This is his first year at small tour and since Hartpury which was his first international, we have both grown in confidence. He loves performing at a show and is very reliable – a real Rolls Royce of a horse,” said Matt (pictured above).
Christian Landolt won the Novice Open riding Nicole Landolt’s, Wincent. Earlier this year, Wincent a 6 year old Dutch-bred gelding by Negro was the winner of the inaugural BD Dressage Horse of The Year (awarded to the horse who was leading the ‘top performing horse’ rankings on the BD website).
