Equine Affairs launches new software for BD Venues

Equine Affairs, experts in Equestrian Scheduling and the UK’s Biggest Show Directory have recently launched a helping hand to BD Head Office & BD’s Show Venues, developing an interactive scheduling system that is now offered as a standard free of charge package to all BD affiliated venues across the country.
For Fixtures Officer Clare Carter the software is invaluable. “The most important point is that BD now has one system for entering and managing data, the dates and schedules the show secretaries see are the same ones I see and manage and the same ones that are published to the magazine. Venues can enter their own schedules at the click of a button as well as searching the dates and schedules of other venues in their area which helps avoid clashes.
Any last minute changes go live to the BD and Equine Affairs websites. It’s a fantastic system and has made a huge improvement to our competition scheduling. Feedback from venues has all been extremely positive and we are very grateful to the team for their support and the one to one training they have given to our show secretaries.”
Equine Affairs have their own successful online Show Directory with over 40,000 riders using their diary each day to plan their season. Equine Affairs remains the UK's Leading Equestrian Software Provider, the Riders’ first choice for their Riding Diary and the Secretaries’ first choice for websites, event management and online entries.
