Tim Sillevis and Half Moon Delphi (pictured) earned the highest score of the show to win the hotly contested elementary open at the Southern Regional Championships at Oldencraig Equestrian Centre, Lingfield, Surrey, 9th – 10th August.

Tim rode Julie Deverill’s 6 year old British-bred mare by Dimaggio to take the class with a convincing 71.67%.

“The weather was awful and it rained all day but she was brilliant. She had a big spook at the start of the test but once that was over she just got on and gave her all, even scoring some nines. She goes up ten gears at shows and always gives her best,” said Tim.

Tim and Half Moon Delphi will contest the Shearwater FEI 6 year old Championship at the end of August prior to the Nationals in September.
