BEF Futurity Elite Champs 2008

From the 500 young horses assessed at venues throughout the country during July and August, only the top four scores for each age group from the various disciplines qualified for the British Equestrian Federation's (BEF's) Futurity Elite Championship, which was held at Addington Manor, Bucks, on 31st August.
Breeder Lynn Crowden had a particularly successful show with two of her potential dressage horses becoming champions in their age categories. Her two-year-old Farouche was also awarded the overall dressage title as well as the joint reserve supreme champion, which includes the disciplines of show jumping, eventing and sports ponies.
