It has just been confirmed that the world’s top ranked rider, Holland’s Anky van Grunsven, will be giving a masterclinic at Olympia, The London International Horse Show, 16-22 December 2008, as well as competing in the FEI World Cup qualifier.

 

The winner of last year’s grand prix and freestyle will share her expertise at 6.35pm on Wednesday 17 December. She will be focusing on specific test movements required for the freestyle and will demonstrate how she teaches her horses to execute flying changes, the half-pass, piaffe, passage and extended trot.

 

Anky said: “I always enjoy Olympia and have been lucky enough over the past few years to compete as well as take part in such demonstrations.”
