This year, The BD Annual General Meeting will be held at the Wolfson Theatre, The Warwick Complex, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire on Saturday, 6 June 2009.

Tea and coffee will be available from 2pm with the AGM starting at 3pm. Once formal business has been completed there will presentations by the Chairman and selected Directors. This will be followed by discussion on selected topics. The chairman will then invite questions from members.

The presentation of the BD Show and Volunteer Awards will also take place at the AGM. The recipients are people who have made an outstanding contribution to dressage and have given much to the sport, as voted for by BD members.
