Days two and three in Norway yielded a clutch of medals for the six British athletes with the competition today deciding the individual medallists across the grades as well as the sought after team competition. A second round of stellar performances enabled GB to hold on to their lead from yesterday and claim the team gold - though they were pushed every step of the way by a competitive German team who finished only 2 marks behind to take silver. The win seals another victory for the British para equestrian dressage team who remain unbeaten in European, World and Paralympic competition.

The individual competition also saw British riders high up in the medal tables. Team mates Sophie Christiansen and Emma Sheardown again dominated the grade 1a competition completing another one two for gold and silver in the class. Lee Pearson (pictured) triumphed in Grade 1b with Gentleman to win with 72.69% and Sophie Wells also held her ground with Pinoccio in Grade IV to win the gold medal with 72%. Simon Laurens and Ocean Diamond completed the tally with a bronze medal from the grade III class.

The competition concluded on Sunday with the Freestyle competition which saw Team GBR once again dominate in the medals with Brits Emma Sheardown, Lee Pearson and Sophie Wells taking gold and Sophie Christiansen taking a close silver on 75.22% in the grade 1a class.

World class performance manager Will Connell commented: "The team competition was extremely close and Britian had to fight hard and produce some fantastic performances to win gold. Its brilliant to see our two new team members take an individual gold and silver medal and Lee and Sophie's performances were again excellent and as consistent as ever."
