Brazil on way to WEG 2010: Three riders qualified

Rogério da Silva Clementino and Lusitano stallion Portugal (pictured) topped the Grand Prix on 68. 11% in the São Paulo CDI3* to qualify for the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky 2010.
Judged in part by Brit Stephen Clark, this was the third of five WEG qualifying competions in Brazil in 2009.
Along with Clementino, Luiza Tavares de Almeida and Samba qualified for the WEG securing second place in the Grand Prix. Lastly Renata Costa Rabello and Ludewig G became the third brazilian duo to qualify for the games. All the three riders composed the bronze medal team at the Pan Games 2007 in Rio de Janeiro.
