Olympia, The London International Horse Show 2009, is less than a month away and will be another spectacular Olympia, with equestrian and Christmas entertainment at its best! International Dressage and Show Jumping, amazing displays and festive fun will all be on the menu.

Why not give your colleagues, friends and family a completely different Christmas treat by booking one of the private hospitality boxes for the FEI World Cup Dressage Qualifier – Kür supported by Horse & Hound, held on the evening of Wednesday 16 December.

Situated on the Gallery Level each box has wonderful views of the arena and you and your guests can enjoy a delicious meal and watch the performance in great style.

All hospitality packages are for a minimum of 12 guests and include:

• Entrance to the Grand Hall and Shopping Village, plus the Gallery Level with its Members’ Champagne Bar
• Option of a four course Dinner or Buffet Supper
• Up to three car parking passes
• Souvenir programme for each guest

• The Dinner package includes a glass of champagne on arrival at your Private Box.

Prices are £2,670 + VAT for the Dinner package, and £2,160 + VAT for the Buffet Supper package. The boxes can accommodate up to 16 guests for Dinner and 18 for Buffet Supper, therefore additional guest badges can be purchased at a per person rate.
