International dressage rider and trainer, Pammy Hutton, is to give a lecture and demonstration along with her son, Charlie, on Wednesday 14 April 2010 at Arena UK, Grantham, Lincolnshire. The Huttons and their team will demonstrate the techniques required for successful dressage using horses from novice up to advanced level.
The Forum - organised for British Dressage by Hoyland Event - is to be sponsored by keen dressage supporters Equissage.
Joint principal of the Talland School of Equitation in Cirencester, Pammy is listed as one of the top dressage riders and trainers in the UK. She has produced all her grand prix horses from scratch, taking nine to international standard as well as being highly regarded for dressage to music. Charlie Hutton competes in young rider and grand prix internationals and in 2009 won the team Gold and individual Silver medal at the Australian Youth Olympic Festival.
British Dressage northern region development officer, Miss Chrissie Havis, said: “We’re delighted that Pammy and Charlie are coming to the Northern Forum to allow us to benefit from their experience and expertise. The event will give dressage enthusiasts, from the Northern Region and beyond, the opportunity to watch and learn from riders and horses of the highest calibre.”
Event sponsors Equissage also sponsor top dressage riders Maria Eilberg and Lee Pearson CBE. Equissage is a multi-unit physiotherapy massage system developed specifically for equine use. It can be used to target specific problems and also helps to maintain peak condition and general good health.
