BD now hosting UKCC level 2 workshops

The UKCC level 2 workshops are now being held by British Dressage. The aim of the UKCC is to raise the quality of coaching nationally at all levels and in all sports. The UKCC is currently being implemented across more than 20 different sports. This will ultimately raise performance standards, increase the enjoyment of participants and provide a clear framework within which coaches will be able to develop their own skills.

The next level 2 workshop dates being held by British Dressage are the 12-13 July, 5 August and the assessment date will be on the 6 August. The subsidised fee for this course will be £350. At present there and 4 spaces left on this course. The minimum entry requirement is that candidates are listed on the trainers database, hold a safeguarding and protecting children course certificate and have trained at least two clients at affiliated dressage. The venue is likely to be in Oxfordshire.

If you are interested in this course or would like any further details, please contact Ruth Tyler, Sport and Technical Officer: ruthtyler@britishdressage.co.uk
