Anti-Doping rules '10 - Do you need exemption forms?

Following on from the new FEI Equine and Human Anti Doping and Medication Control rules introduced on 5 April 2010, the BEF have provided the following documents to assist riders in determining whether they need to apply for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) or whether they need to make a Declaration of Use for substances they may be using.
If you are a National competitor and need to determine if you need a TUE form or Declaration of Use please reference the attached flow chart.
If you are an International competitor and need to determine if you need a TUE form or Declaration of Use please reference the attached flow chart.
International competitors can download a TUE form or Declaration of Use form here.
National competitors should visit www.ukad.org.uk to download a TUE form or to complete a Declaration of Use online.
