BEF Regional Foundation volunteer applications now open

British Dressage, British Eventing and British Show Jumping are now accepting applications for the role of Regional Foundation Programme Support Volunteer.
Each of the disciplines will recruit one volunteer in each of the five different regions across the country. The volunteer's responsibilitys include offering support to the Regional Foundation Programme that delivers training opportunities to talented riders between the ages of 16 – 24 years of age within your Region.
- Supporting the Regional Squad Co-ordinator to deliver effective training sessions
- Assisting where required with the setting up and clearing of training areas
- To build a rapport with young people and their support networks
The ideal candidate will have:
- An interest in Equestrian Sport
- Past or current experience in a volunteer role within your chosen discipline
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Good interpersonal skills
