Dressage Specific UKCC Qualifications

Over the age of 18? Interested in becoming a British Dressage Registered Coach?

BD members over the age of 18 may apply to take their UKCC qualifications.

The Dressage Specific UK Coaching Certificate has helped raise the profile of equestrian coaching by establishing best practice coaching standards. The successful completion of a UKCC dressage specific qualification demonstrates that you have the technical knowledge and practical ability to coach riders to the level of the qualification gained and will give you an unrivalled credibility for your future as a British Dressage trainer.

Holding dressage-specific UKCC qualifications means that you can get involved with regional activities and training sessions once you hold all of the required compliance and have completed your listing on the trainer's database. If you already hold a coaching qualification you can apply to the trainer's database by clicking here.

To find out more about UKCC qualifications, entry requirements, course dates and fees follow this link to the BDCC information page.

Interested in continuing BD Youth as a Youth Assessor Coach?
If you hold a dressage-specific UKCC Level 2/3 qualification you may apply to become a Youth Assessor Coach once you have attended just 2 training days. These days are held throughout the calendar year around the country and cover both Coaching Young People and Rider SKills Test Assessing.

Attendance at both of these days, Trainer's database listing and a valid DBS check are all you need to apply to become a BD Youth Assessor Coach.
