As the last Premier League of the season approaches, we shine the light on to one of the crowd favourites: The NAF Hartpury International Festival of Dressage (30 June – 5 July)

Featuring Premier League competition from Advanced Medium through to Grand Prix, CDI1* and 3* competition, CPEDI3*, KBIS Young Horse Semi-Finals and KBIS Young Pony Finals, the NAF Hartpury International Festival of Dressage is one of the many highlights in our calendar. Set in the beautiful setting of Hartpury University, Gloucestershire, this crowd favourite promises a week of shopping, excellent opportunities to watch the best of our sport across multiple levels and provides an occasion to watch some of our brightest stars of the future in the Young Horse and Pony classes. Entry is free for spectators on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with tickets starting from just £7 from Friday onwards.

The CDI3* hold entries from Lewis Carrier, Alexander Harrison, Bobby Hayler, Sadie Smith, Charlotte Dujardin and Gareth Hughes; whilst the 1* welcomes Matt Frost, Louise Bell, Zoe Sleigh and Anne-Marie Cowan. Furthermore, former FEI Youth team members Claudia Davis and Caitlin Burgess will also be contending in the 1* with horses Fergus RT and Chocotof.

For our Paras, the complete longlist for the FEI World Championships are due to make their way down the centre line; including Nicola Naylor, current FEI World number one Mari Durward-Akhurst, Sir Lee Pearson, Jemima Green, Erin Orford and Sophie Wells. Other crowd favourites include Georgia Wilson, Susanna Wade and Elan Williams.

Saturday evening features a gala evening, celebrating and showcasing the Elite Stallions Prix St Georges Young Horse Championship Final and the CDI3* NAF Grand Prix Freestyle, with entries promised from Sadie Smith, Greg Sims, Lewis Carrier, and Irish Olympian Abigail Lyle.

Tickets for spectator entry are free from Tuesday to Thursday, but prices start from as little as £7 from Friday onwards. For more ticketing and spectator information, please follow the link here.

Horse&Country will also be covering the action via live stream; this is a great chance to make the most of the exclusive BD member discounts, accessible through the member benefits page that can be found here
