Did you know that KBIS are the Official Insurance Partner of British Dressage?
British Dressage member cover
All paid BD members (whether Full, Club or Non-Competing) receive Personal Public Liability cover and Personal Accident Insurance Cover through our legal partner KBIS. Unlike some other equestrian insurance provision, this cover extends to all horses under your ownership and is not just restricted to British Dressage competitions only.
Please note that BD Community Members are only covered if competing on a class ticket at an affiliated British Dressage competition. At all other times they are required to have their own insurance provision.

British Dressage membership entitles paying members to receive:
Personal Public Liability
Up to £30 million provided in respect of third party liability to pay compensation, including legal costs, for accidental death or personal injury to any person (excluding employees) and accidental loss or damage to third party material property.
Personal Accident Insurance
Providing cover for accidental death, loss of limb or sight and permanent disablement whilst the member is engaged in a horse related activity, during the course of their membership. It's not solely restricted to accidents whilst taking part in events or training sessions organised by, or affiliated to, BD, BHDTA, BHS, BS, PC, RC, BE, EGB, BEV or FEI.
