Run by Yuri and Teresa, Birchwood Pizza is a wood fire pizza trailer with a beautiful Valeriani Italian Oven. Pizzas are baked in the finest kiln dried birchwood to provide maximum heat for a gorgeous crispy crust. Dough is left to prove slowly for up to 12 hours so that they can provide you with beautifully stretched authentic Pizza and the most unique best quality toppings.
