With qualification under way, we’re pleased to unveil the dates and venue for this year’s much-anticipated D&H Associated Championships.
The D&H Associated Championships are a celebration of the vast variety and talent within British Dressage, showcasing horses and ponies of all breeds, shapes and sizes, as well as celebrating riders in different categories too. The Associated Championships attracted over 1,400 combinations last year, with titles awarded across ten categories, and this year is set to see the same number strive for qualification and head to the grand finale.
We’re excited to announce that this year’s D&H Associated Championships will be held over a glittering five-day festival at Buckinghamshire’s Addington Equestrian from 28 October to 1 November. The British Dressage sport team are in the process of finalising the full schedule, which will be released soon.
This year marks the start of a new era for the Associated Championships, with a new venue and a new title sponsor. We are very grateful to Dodson & Horrell for their support and look forward to working with their team to make the Championships bigger and better than ever!
The qualification period for the D&H Associated Championships runs from 1 January to 31 August 2026. All you to need to qualify is four scores over 60%, or two scores if you’re competing at Prix St Georges level. These can be achieved at regular BD competitions or Team/My Quest competitions too. Once you’ve notched up your scores, simply submit them to the office and you’ll be ready to go; please be sure to check your eligibility and the full rules in the BD Members’ Handbook.
