Are you passionate about our sport? Enthusiastic about supporting the development of young people? We’re looking for a number of volunteers to give their time and voice to our BD Youth Technical Committee.
Volunteering with British Dressage can be extremely rewarding, and it gives you the chance to be a part of the team who shape, influence and promote our sport - the perfect opportunity to make a difference while giving something back.
The Technical Committees are sub-committees of the British Dressage Board and exist to provide advice to the Board-level discussion and decisions that shape our sport. Whether it’s developing new initiatives, providing policy recommendations or offering guidance within the designated area, the contribution of those on our Technical Committees is both vital and valued.
Role Vacancies
BD Youth Committee
We’re looking for three enthusiastic people to join the BD Youth Technical Committee, which supports all opportunities and activity relating to the development pathway for young members. The committee works collectively to guide, support, and strengthen all youth programmes, ensuring they align with British Dressage standards, values, and long‑term development goals. Members of the committee contribute to discussions, decision‑making, and planning across training, education, welfare, and competition pathways for riders aged under 25. The Committee is chaired by BD Youth Director Hannah Moody, alongside the leadership of the Head of Development, Charlotte Osborne.

- Performance Development Representative
- Participation Development Representative
