Get ready to join us this week as we return to Somerford Park for the LeMieux National Championships, as four spectacular days of competition run from 11 to 14 September 2025.
What's On
The LeMieux National Championships is the biggest showcase of dressage in the UK, where the nation's leading combinations come together to compete for the 34 national titles on offer. Expect back-to-back competition across four days and three arenas, hosting championships from Prelim to Grand Prix. The stars of the future will earn the spotlight in the KBIS Young Horse Championships and Rothera Bray U21 Championships, whilst there’s also a top quality showcase of para sport in the Equissage Pulse Para classes.
This year, we’re crowning the 70th National Champion – so the action in the LeMieux Grand Prix and Kudos Grand Prix Freestyle will be simply unmissable. We can’t wait to see who adds their name to an illustrious roll of honour, joining dressage legends such as Lorna Johnstone, Jenny Loriston-Clarke, and Carl Hester.
The Nationals offers the gold standard of dressage, making it the place to be for fans of the sport. Get right up close to the action from our grandstand seating and see behind the scenes in the warm-up arena as the riders get last-minute advice from trainers and grooms make the finishing touches.
Fan favorites Becky Moody, Gareth Huges, Lewis Carrier and Abi Lyle will all be cantering down the centre line at this year's event. There will be also a special appearance from Anna Ross as she hosts the LeMieux Masterclass on Saturday and Sunday; expect a Grand Prix entertainment showcase on Saturday, before we enjoy a brand-new session on Sunday, with a very special British breeding showcase.
