Becky Moody and Jagerbomb delivered a commanding performance at CDI Fontainebleau (21 – 27 April 2025), claiming double victory at the prestigious 5* event in France.
The Sheffield-based rider and her 11-year-old home-bred gelding Jagerbomb (Dante Weltino x Jazz), whom she co-owns with Jo Cooper, dominated the Printemps des Sports Équestres competition on their first visit to Le Grand Parquet venue in Fontainebleau. Showcasing their trademark power and harmony, the pair led the field by a clear margin to top the Grand Prix with a score of 76.870%. Belgium’s Larissa Pauluis and the Ampere-sire gelding Flambeau followed in second on 73.130%, with France’s Pauline Basquin and Sertorius De Rima Z (by Sandro Hit) completing the top three on 72.413%.
Returning for the Grand Prix Freestyle, the duo delivered another standout performance. Their expressive Beatles programme was rewarded with 84.380% from the judging panel of Elisabeth Max-Theurer (AUT), Dr Hans-Christian Matthiesen (DEN), Raphaël Saleh (FRA), Katrina Wüst (GER) and Hans Voser (SUI), securing a second emphatic win. Meanwhile, Belgium’s Larissa and Flambeau once again took second with 78.375%, and Pauline and Sertorius De Rima Z completed the podium on 77.265% for France.
Congratulations to Becky and her team on an outstanding result.
