Tennis has Wimbledon, football has Wembley and the equestrian sport has Aachen. At the renowned showgrounds, the top equestrian athletes in the world meet up to contest against each other in the five disciplines: jumping, dressage, eventing, four-in-hand driving and vaulting. They are cheered on every year by around 350,000 visitors, who visit Aachen to enjoy the world-class sport as well as the spectacular supporting programme.
