First aid

Newly added to our range of courses, our first aid course covers equestrian specific emergency first aid and is ideal for anyone working in the equestrian industry.

Groom Plaiting

New for 2020, this is a comprehensive hands on three day course covering a wide range of first aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with an emergency situation with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way.

The course is suitable for anyone working in the equestrian industry (coach, groom or horse owner) wishing to gain knowledge of emergency procedures and attain a recognised qualification in First Aid. It covers 'equestrian specific' emergency first aid, taught by healthcare professionals who deal with equestrian related injuries regularly. Not only does the course adhere to Health and Safety Executive requirements but also provides a nationally recognised First Aid qualification on completion.
