The first set of Quest Semi-Finals came and went with a huge amount of success, as combinations from across the country put their best foot forward last weekend as they campaigned for a spot at the My Quest Championships across five venues (19 – 20 September).

Relive the highlights from last week, where we celebrated the best of British Dressage at the LeMieux National Dressage Championships, and the 71st National Champion was crowned.

Judy Harvey received the highest award that BD bestows at this year's LeMieux National Dressage Championships, the Linda Whetstone Memorial Trophy, for her outstanding contribution to dressage across her distinguished career.

The Quest Semi-Finals are due to get underway this weekend, as teams and individuals make trips across the country in order to gain their golden ticket to the Quest Championships in November.

The 2026 KBIS Young Horse Championships delivered a memorable showcase of the exceptional talent emerging through the British dressage system. With exciting young prospects making their mark on the national stage, the Championships celebrated the very best of the sport’s future stars. Making the occasion even more significant, all four championship titles were claimed by horses bred in the UK for the first time in British Dressage history, highlighting the remarkable progress and growing strength of British breeding. With quality, talent and potential on display throughout the competition, the future of British dressage looks brighter than ever.

The fourth and final day saw our LeMieux National Dressage Champion crowned, the new 2026 KBIS Young Horse Champions in the five and six year olds and our Youth riders showcased the best of our upcoming young talent in the U21 Championships.

Day three saw Charlotte Dujardin claim the LeMieux Grand Prix Championship crown, Becky Moody was crowned D&H Intermediate I Supreme Champion, and silver rider Michael Whippey earned his first National Championship title in a day of epic competition.

The KBIS Four-Year-Old Champion and Fairfax Saddles Prix St Georges Supreme Champions have been crowned, as the next set of Gold and Silver riders complete their laps of honours at day two of the Championships.

Day one at the LeMieux Nationals saw the first of our fantastic winners, including the Equissage Pulse Para Gold Championships where new and returning champions were crowned.
