British Dressage is excited to announce the panel of experts who will be evaluating the finalists of the Young Horse Championships at the LeMieux National Championships (10 – 13 September).

Under the lights of Aachen’s iconic stadium and in front of a crowd of more than 40,000 spectators, the world’s best dressage combinations delivered a spectacular evening of freestyle competition. Leading the way was Charlotte Fry and Glamourdale, who produced a breathtaking performance to claim a second freestyle gold medal and secure her title as a double World Champion.

From Area Festival debuts, podium finishes and impressive double wins, this summer’s Petplan Area Festivals are providing plenty of reasons to celebrate. Across Bicton Arena, Port Royal Equestrian and Little Mill Equestrian, riders and their horses showcased the hard work, dedication and partnership behind their success.

Lottie Fry defended her 2022 World Championship Gold Medal, claiming a commanding win in the Grand Prix Special competition whilst Carl Hester and Becky Moody bring home two top-ten performances.

We're excited to announce the 2026 wildcards for the LeMieux National Championships, taking place on 10 - 13 September at Somerford Park in Cheshire, following the conclusion of this year's Summer Regionals.

The Bogenraith regionals (8 – 9 August) provided the final opportunity for riders to gain their golden ticket to the LeMieux National Championships, with riders Mary Pearson and Fenella Quinn taking their place on the podium to secure their direct qualifications.

After two fantastic days of competition, the British squad have brought home both a silver medal and an Olympic qualification from the 2026 FEI World Championships in Aachen with a final total score of 231.445.

It was a sunny morning in Aachen on day one of the FEI World Championships, where six equestrian disciplines will be showcased over the next two weeks as over 750 riders from 65 nations set to compete on the world stage.

It has been another fantastic few weeks of Petplan Area Festival action, with riders across the country celebrating impressive results and memorable milestones. From podium finishes to personal bests, showcasing talent, determination and special partnerships that make the Area Festivals such a highlight of the calendar.

British combinations produced a series of standout performances at the WBFSH World Breeding Championships (5 – 9 August), highlighted by Charlotte Dujardin's victory in the seven-year-old qualifier and a podium finish in the final.
