BD Presents 2026: Harmonious Progression

Tickets are now on sale for BD Presents 2026, which we are delighted to present in partnership with Rothera Bray. This year’s event will take place on Saturday 21 November at Hartpury University & College, Gloucestershire.
This year's event will explore the theme of Harmonious Progression, focusing on how horses and riders can develop a successful, ethical partnership, built on mutual trust and understanding, as they advance from Novice level through to Grand Prix. Through a series of engaging live demonstrations, attendees will gain practical training insights and exercises to support their winter training goals.
We're delighted to welcome an exceptional line-up of presenters, including FEI 5* judge Isobel Wessels, and former World Championship team riders Gareth Hughes and Michael Eilberg, who will each lead individual sessions throughout the day.
Supporting the programme will be Dr Brad Hill MRCVS, Clinical Assistant Professor of Equine Clinical Practice at the University of Nottingham Vet School and an equine behavioural specialist, who will offer some invaluable perspectives on equine behaviour and learning theory.
The day will bring together a variety of expert viewpoints, aiming at covering both horse and rider development. Sessions will explore rider position and influence, horse training and progression, and the principles of ethical training – all with the goal of developing that harmonious partnership. The event will conclude with a collaborative discussion between all presenters, with an opportunity for the audience to ask their own questions.

We will also be offering a limited number of VIP tickets where you’ll be able to watch the training from the comfort of balcony seats, including refreshments and a goodie bag.
