FEI Pony European Championships – follow the competition live

With our riders and ponies arrived and settled into the Stragona Equestrian Center in Strzegom, Poland, it’s time to look ahead to this year’s FEI Pony European Championships and wish our team the very best of luck this week.
Five exciting days of competition gets underway tomorrow in the Morawa hippodrome where Europe’s leading competitors aged 12 to 16 and their ponies will go head-to-head for team and individual honours. The Polish venue will host the championships in the three Olympic disciplines: dressage, eventing and show jumping, with all three played out in one place and time.
The dressage competition gets started tomorrow with part one of the Team medal competition from 10:00 local time (09:00 BST). Team competition continues into Thursday with the class concluding at 15:00 (14:00 BST) and the medal ceremony shortly after.
The British Pony team flying the flag is made up of Mette Dahl with Fiona Bigwood’s George Clooney B.S, Sofia Games with Katie Oliver-Games’ Next Black Magic, Lauren Geraghty with her own WS Jackson and Ruby Hughes with Shirley Rixon’s Hilkens Showgirl.
The Individual competition begins on Friday at 10:00 local time (09:00 BST) running throughout the day until 16:30 (15:30 BST). The conclusion of the Individual tests follows on Saturday, with another set of FEI medals due to be awarded immediately after the competition closes at 13:30 (12:30 BST).
Coveted positions in the Sunday morning’s Freestyle finals will be open to the 18 best individually placed riders from the Individual competition, following a final horse inspection, and you needn’t miss a moment of the action as the entire championships is being brought to subscribers live by ClipMyHorse.TV.
