Stephen, who sadly passed away in June, made a significant contribution to dressage in Britain and across the world. A respected rider, trainer and international 5* judge, he was admired throughout the sport for his knowledge and expertise, as well as the support and mentorship he provided to a generation of riders and senior officials.

We invite members, friends, colleagues and all those who knew or were inspired by Stephen to join us in remembering him, as we share memories and reflect on the legacy he leaves behind. The celebration will take place in the LeMieux Pavilion at the LeMieux National Championships after the dressage has concluded on the first day, Thursday 10 September, and will be free to attend.

Please note that a ticket will still be required to gain access to the showground. A limited number of complimentary passes for the celebration are now available which will be valid for entry after 4.00pm on the day.

Guests are requested to arrive at the LeMieux Pavilion for a drinks reception from 6.30pm, ahead of a 7.00pm start. Anyone who is already planning to attend the LeMieux National Championships on Thursday 10 September, whether as a rider, coach, owner, official, sponsor or spectator, is welcome to attend, but we would request that you also register using the form below so we can monitor numbers.

To apply for your complimentary pass to the celebration, please complete the form below. Please note that capacity in the LeMieux Nationals Pavilion is limited, so will be issuing passes on a first come, first served basis.
