Held at the renowned Wellington Riding venue, the event promises five days of world-class dressage competition and provides an important opportunity for riders to gain valuable international experience, build championship credentials and showcase their talent on home soil. With classes spanning the Para, Senior and Youth ranks, spectators can expect to see an exciting mix of established championship performers and emerging stars of the future.

Competition will be fierce across every section, with Para riders contesting one-, two- and three-star classes, while Senior athletes take to the arena in Small Tour, Big Tour and Under 25 competition. Across the Youth divisions, Britain's next generation of talent will be represented from Pony level through to Young Riders, offering a glimpse into the future of British dressage.

The British entry list is packed with household names and fan favourites. Among those expected to draw attention are international championship regulars Gareth Hughes and Ruby Hughes, Paralympic legend Lee Pearson, reigning British 2026 World Championship stars Nicola Naylor and Mari Durward-Akhurst, alongside Para talents Elan Williams and Georgia Wilson. The Youth classes will also feature exciting combinations, such as members of the 2026 European Championships teams Isla Sully, Queenie Moule and Oriana McNamara, as well as several other riders who have impressed throughout the 2026 season.

As one of the final international fixtures on British soil this year, Wellington provides a valuable stage for combinations to test themselves against strong competition while gaining important experience at FEI level. With quality entries across all age groups and classifications, spectators can look forward to a week packed with impressive performances, developing partnerships and plenty of memorable moments.

For those following from home, live times and results will be available, which is linked below. Horse & Country will also be covering the action via live stream; this is a great chance to make the most of the exclusive H&C+ BD member discounts, accessible through the member benefits page that can be found here.
